"Howie Do It"
A new comedy show that will be airing soon on NBC in the U.S. and Global in Canada.
Untitled Documentary
While in production on my talk show I came to know Vic Cohen, a very talented, funny writer on my staff. Starting in January of 1999, he would frequently come into my office after a show taping and spill his guts to me. At that time I was virtually a stranger to him. Vic was going through a sort of mid-life crisis. He had been married for four years to a lovely woman, was in his mid thirties and earning a good living as a professional comedy writer, but he had decided to chuck it all in for what he felt might be a better life. He decided to leave his wife and his writing career to perform on camera and virtually become a new man. One day as he sat in my office, spilling his guts about the heartache of the breakup, I offhandedly said to him, "This is a movie Vic." He answered, "Go ahead and film it, I don't give a shit." So from that day on I have been following Vic Cohen through his divorce, pursuit of fame and his quest for the perfect women. Nothing is scripted and so far scenes go from hilarity to tragedy. From time to time I will post some highlights on this page.
